Seeing though we have just added our Organic Jungle Lucuma to our range of products I think this a must have a smoothie at least once a week if not every second morning!!

"For it is the perfect smoothie for when your feeling flat or tired this baby is a great natural energiser and picks me up every time."


Ingredients:


1 frozen Banana (you can use other frozen fruits I just prefer banana with this smoothie.)
Fresh grated Ginger (I like to add a teaspoon roughly)
1 cold glass of vegetable milk (oat, soy or your preferred)
3 teaspoons of Jungle Organic Lucas powder
1.5 teaspoons of Jungle Organic Maca powder


Method:


Take out your nutri bullet or mixer etc ( by the way you should always have it out!!!)
pour in the milk ad the banana 3 teaspoons of Organic Lucuma powder and 1 .5 teaspoon of organic Maca powder.
Mix at high speed until it is Smooth  ieee.
the Lucuma should sweeten it up nicely but if you wish you can add a very little stevia NEVER AD COCONUT SUGAR OR CANE SUGAR as we have been reading on certain websites magazines etc.. Some people have been promoting these 2 sugar options as healthy, and all though they are definitely better than normal processed white or brown sugar they are still not healthy.. stay away!!
